A 350 ton CCIF press exerts the same amount of force as a 7,000 ton hydraulic press.
Flow Forming
The cast flow forming process is a proven near/to net shape forming technology. The wheel rim pre-form is flow formed to the precise shape between a rotating mandrel and three CNC-controlled rollers. This allows for the manufacturing of larger and higher quality wheels with existing equipment.
